Do you offer pickup?

Yes. Orders can be picked up from our Indianapolis location.

Pickup is a popular option for contractors who want to keep jobs moving and avoid waiting on freight. We strongly recommend contacting our team before arriving so we can confirm material availability and make sure your order is ready.

Do you ship fence materials?

Yes. MDWST Fence Supply ships materials throughout Indiana and into the surrounding Midwest.

Smaller items may ship by FedEx or UPS, while larger items such as fence panels, posts, and bulk material usually ship by common carrier or LTL freight. The best shipping method depends on the size of the order, the product type, and the delivery location.

Do I need a freight quote before ordering?

For larger or heavier orders, yes — it is smart to contact us for a freight quote before placing the order.

Freight costs can vary based on weight, pallet count, and delivery location. Getting a quote first helps avoid surprises and gives you a clearer idea of total project cost.

This is especially helpful for fence panels, posts, and other larger materials that do not ship like small package items.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged or incomplete?

If your shipment arrives damaged, missing pieces, or looking rough, document it immediately.

All freight shipments include a Bill of Lading. If there is visible damage, note it directly on the Bill of Lading before signing for the delivery. If something appears to be missing, contact MDWST Fence Supply or the freight carrier right away.

Prompt documentation matters because it helps protect your ability to report the issue properly and move the resolution process forward.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time. After that point, the order may already be staged, packaged, or in motion.

If something changes, reach out to us as quickly as possible. The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we have of helping adjust the order before it creates a bigger headache.

Do you accept returns?

Many MDWST Fence orders are custom prepared, packaged, or staged for each customer, so most sales are considered final.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from MDWST Fence Supply. Any approved return must be in original packaging and may be subject to inspection. Damaged materials and non-standard items are generally not eligible for credit.
