Prime-Zinc-Plus™ PZP-100, Complete anti-corrosion control with 93% metallic zinc dust

Prime-Zinc-Plus has complete anti-corrosion control with 93% level 3 zinc dust in the dry film. It also provides maximum cold galvanizing protection as a primer on bare steel or iron, which has been proven to extend the metals life up to 300% longer. Prime-Zinc-Plus™ gives a non-toxic flat matte gray finish that is perfect for priming. In addition, you also get an effective salt spray resistance that complies with all applicable zinc-rich primer applications and specifications. Great for application on parts or assemblies.

Dry Time: To touch is 10-25 minutes at 70 degrees F.
Top coating: Wait time of 24-48 hours, depending on atmospheric conditions, may be top coated with acrylic, enamel, silicones, latex, or chlorinated rubber type products and Lacquers.
Coverage: 570 S.F Per gallon, 40 S.F. per can Aerosol at 1 mil dry film thickness.
Type: Single pack, ready to apply, organic zinc compound with 93% zinc dust and 5% epoxy
resin in the dry film.
